RETURN POLICY | FOR ENVY
We love our customers, so it is very important to us that they absolutely love their products! We are happy to return your item if that’s not the case.
Full Refund within 20 days from the date order delivery is confirmed and the date returning item was mailed back to us
- Example: if you received the item on 1st, please mail it out to us by 20th
Orders postmarked 20-30 days after receipt are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only.
PLEASE NOTE that all items specified as "FINAL SALE" in the product description are non-returnable. We will not issue a refund if such items are returned.
Return Item Requirements
- New/Unused/Unworn condition
- All original tags attached and hygienic liner in place
- All original parts (straps, belts, etc.) are included
- No odors or stains, especially body lotion or antiperspirant
- Items returned damaged will not be refunded
- Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable
Refunds and Shipping Cost
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable; $5.99 shipping charge will be deducted from all refunds on origibnal “free standard shipping” orders
- Waived shipping charge for exchange items - Customers are responsible only for return item shipping payment

- We provide unpaid Shipping label or you may select "perchance a pre-paid shipping label during return initiation.
- Ship item with the Return Form, or Original Packing slip, or Invoice inside.
- Ship return item in plastic or original boxed packaging to prevent damages
- Keep the returning package tracking ID for your records and as proof of return
We will issue the refund upon receiving the item and its condition within 3-5 business days.
